A Small Sale, A Big Impact: Coffee, Climate, and Community

We’re excited to share a meaningful milestone from our Global Coffee Solution project: 1,423 nature-based carbon credits have just been purchased by Irish coffee company Bewley’s Coffee & Tea.

These credits aren’t just numbers—they represent real change on the ground. Generated by coffee farmers who are voluntarily restoring forest on their land, each credit is backed by rigorous scientific measurement. Local scientists conduct fieldwork using handheld GPS devices and drone technology to ensure accuracy and transparency. The project is also proudly endorsed by Dr. Jane Goodall, reinforcing its credibility and long-term vision.

This sale directly supports farming communities in Yoro, Honduras—an area where climate change has significantly impacted local watersheds, contributing to a declared drinking water emergency. By investing in forest regeneration, farmers are not only improving their environment but also helping to protect vital water resources.

For us, this moment is about more than a transaction. It’s a win for farmers, forests, and the global climate.

And this is just the beginning. We currently have additional carbon credits available for individuals and organizations looking to make a tangible, positive impact. If you—or someone you know—are interested in supporting this work, please connect.
