She Grows Coffee is …

1. A Brand
   
   The She Grows Coffee brand was created in 2022 in an effort to bring greater awareness to the need for sustainability in the coffee industry. It started with a personal blog about growing coffee trees in Canada, and has since evolved into a brand that aims to emphasize the connections and inherent value that lies in environmental conservation and restoration; the knowledge and perspectives of coffee farmers and indigenous people; and the importance of women’s involvement throughout the coffee supply chain.
   
   
2. A Coffee Supply
   
   The She Grows Coffee ‘coffee supply’ was started in October 2024 in an effort to support my work on Global Coffee Solution. A sustainable coffee project reduces coffee’s carbon footprint to the minimum, Global Coffee Solution is designed to partner with farmers in regrowing forests on a mass scale in order to mitigate climate change … capturing the attention and earning the support of the incredible primatologist and wildlife advocate, Dr. Jane Goodall!
   
   Every Saturday, I sell freshly roasted, certified Fair Trade and Organic coffees at the St. Lawrence Farmers’ Market and I have an online shop that operates on a weekly roast schedule. Every coffee sale supports the most sustainable coffee initiatives available (including Fair Trade, Organic, Bird Friendly, and Direct Trade) and helps fuel my work to grow coffee awareness and make coffee better for people and planet.
