The She Grows Coffee brand was started in 2022 by me, Meagan Thibeault, and aims to bring more awareness to the need for sustainability in the industry; with a special emphasis on real, simple consumer education, and justice for coffee farmers and women in coffee.
- A Coffee Supply
The She Grows Coffee supply was started in October 2024 in an effort to support my work on Global Coffee Solution; a sustainable coffee project that is addressing coffee’s negative impact on people and the planet by restoring forests in producing regions, protecting biodiversity, and helping mitigate climate change … endorsed by my friend, the amazing Dr. Jane Goodall!
Every Saturday, I sell fresh-roasted, certified Fair Trade and Organic coffees at the St. Lawrence Farmers’ Market and I also have an online shop. Every coffee sale supports sustainable coffee intitiaves (including Fair Trade, Organic, and Bird Friendly certifications), and helps fuel my work to ensuring that Global Coffee Solution can maintain and grow its forest restoration in Honduras and beyond.
